Refund policy

Every Degen Fits item is printed on demand and made just for you when you order. Because of that, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for size or fit. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are placed, because production starts right away.

DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will replace it free of charge. Email support@degenfits.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

IF YOUR ORDER NEVER ARRIVES

If you do not receive your order, contact us at support@degenfits.com with your order number. If your order was never delivered, we will replace it or refund you in full.
